Founded in 1994 our core aim is to bring through our project management skills & wide-ranging benefits through to our clients.

Specialising in the healthcare sector, AdMS have developed experienced and effective project management teams. Working with local and national government healthcare departments, the private sector and building contractors our accomplishments include flagship schemes such as new theatres, major refurbishments and upgrades.

We work with clients mainly across the South East of England to provide a complete project management package big or small which can be tailored to suit an individual need.

All of our consulting team are multi-skilled professionals who have considerable experience running projects, PMO’s and programmes and they provide our clients with the attention which is promised at tender stage but is seldom delivered. Each consultant is well established in their field and has at least five years experience working within the industry. This consolidation of theory and practice is critical to our strategic approach.
